Where will the conference take place?

Plenary sessions will be held at the first day on April, 1 in Azimut Moscow Olympic 4*. 18/1 Olympiyskiy Prospekt, Moscow.

On April 2-4, 2014 the conference will take place at National Research University Higher School of Economics at campus which is located in a city centre on the Maysnitskaya street,20. The parallel sessions (research papers presentations), honored and public lectures, round tables, workshops and coffee-breaks will take place at this building (all through the day).

When will the conference begin?

Conference timing:

09:00-10:00  registration of Conference participants, 10:00-13:30  plenary/sections meeting, 13:30-15:00 – dinning, 15:00-18:30 – plenary/sections meeting

Welcome reception will be held at the end of April 1, 2014. Attendance of the Welcome Reception is included in the registration fee of all participants

What am I going to eat on the conference? Are there any organized coffee breaks there?

Coffee – breaks will be organized for all participants during the conference days. Additional options depend on the selected conference packages

How much time is needed for making visa invitation?

The time for making an invitation averages one week for EU citizens and three weeks for non-EU citizens. To know more about invitation letter, migration card and visa registration please follow the link

When is the deadline to apply for the visa invitation letter?

We won’t accept any application for visa invitation letter after March 10, 2014 (for non EU citizens) and after March 20, 2014 (for EU citizens).

Where can I exchange dollars (or any other currency) into Russian rubles?

It is recommended to take US Dollars or Euros and to use authorized Exchange offices in banks and hotels rather than small exchange offices around the city (there are risks they will try to cheat you).
