For attendees without a report* 

The following participants are exempt from Conference registration fees:

• students, doctoral (PhD) students;
• heads of sections;
• honorary guests of the Conference;
• participants personally invited by the Programme and Organizing Committees;
• winners of a proposals competition held to facilitate the involvement of young researchers from Russian regional universities.
