A new version of the conference programm has been published.

For the information, a new version of the conference program with the distribution of the sessions by date and time has been publishe on the conference website.

Sectional meetings will be held April 8-10 in the central building of the "Higher School of Economics" at ul. Myasnitskaya, 20. and in the building at ul. Myasnitskaya, 9/11.
The parallel sessions (presentations of research papers), honorary and public lectures, roundtables, workshops and coffee breaks will all take place in these buildings.
