Expert review deadline extended

Due to an exceptionally large number of applications this year, the Programme committee is forced to extend the expert review deadline.
The results of the review will be announced no later than February 5, 2016, 18:00.
The first preliminary version of the section programme will appear on the conference website no later than February 9, 2016 18:00.
