On April 5th - 7th, 2005, the Sixth International Conference ‘Modernization of Economy and Nurturing of Institutions' took place in Moscow. It was organized by the Higher School of Economics with the participation of the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund and the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA) Foundation.
