Conference fees
Payment of registration fees
The Conference registration fee is RUB 3,000 for both presenters and attendees.
Registration fees must be paid:
- for presenters by March 20, 2026.
- for attendees by April 9, 2026.
The following participants will be exempt from the registration fee:
- Undergraduate and PhD students enrolled at Russian Universities, as well as the students of foreign partners of HSE University (upon presentation of their student ID and completing the registration process both in the system and onsite);
- HSE University staff members (upon presentation of their employee ID and completing the registration process both in the system and onsite);
- Participants who have received special personal invitations from the Conference Programme Committee, including honorary academic presenters, experts, moderators, roundtable speakers, discussion participants, and other special Conference invitees, honoured guests, and partners.
