Location
During the XXVI April International Academic Conference named after Evgeny Yasin on April 14–17, 2026, all in-person, face-to-face Conference sessions and events will take place at the University’s main campus complex in Moscow, which is located at 11 Pokrovsky Bulvar (the ‘Pokrovka Complex’).

Transport and Logistics
The Pokrovka Complex is located within walking distance of the following Moscow Metro stations: Kurskaya, Chkalovskaya, Chistye Prudy, Turgenevskaya, Sretensky Bulvar, and Kitai-Gorod.
The Pokrovka Complex can also be reached by tramway routes A, 3, and 39 from the following Metro stations: Chistye Prudy, Turgenevskaya, and Sretensky Bulvar (see more details).
Additionally, you can use the complex’s navigation app (available through Google Play and the App Store).

Registration of Participants
Conference participants will be able to register at the Pokrovka Complex from 9 am to 5 pm, from Tuesday, April 14, through Friday, April 17, 2026.
The Registration Desk will be conveniently located on Floor 1 of the Pokrovka Complex at 11 Pokrovsky Bulvar. Please use Entrance 2.
After registering, each participant will receive a badge, which will serve as a universal pass for all events listed in the main Conference Programme. To receive a badge, participants must present their ID document at the Registration Desk.
How to get to the Registration Desk:
Cloakroom
Cloakrooms are located adjacent to Entrances 1, 3, and 4.
You can leave your outerwear (coats and hats) at a cloakroom while attending Conference events.
Catering
Coffee breaks will be held in between sessions for all Conference participants.

HSE to Host Book Fair and Exhibition During April Conference, Offering Wide Range of Academic and Fiction Titles
A full-scale Book Fair and Exhibition will take place on April 14, 2026 as part of the XXVI April International Academic Conference named after Evgeny Yasin, which will feature a diverse range of both fiction and non-fiction titles, particularly books devoted to various academic and scientific disciplines.
The HSE Publishing House will present the most popular titles from its catalogue at the Book Fair, as well as its latest publications and editions, many of which have not yet been released for retail sale.

XXVI April Conference to Include Exhibition of Partner Journals
An exhibition showcasing the partner academic journals of the XXVI April International Academic Conference named after Evgeny Yasin (XXVI April Conference) will be held at HSE University in Moscow on April 14–17, 2026, concurrently with the 26th iteration of the high-profile April Conference itself.
Many of the April Conference’s officially designated partner journals are indexed in authoritative international academic citation databases and ranking systems, including Scopus and Web of Science (WoS), and enjoy leading positions at the Q1–Q3 level across various topical categories.
The April Conference’s partnership with these academic journals offers Conference speakers and presenters, whose reports are featured in the Conference programme, the opportunity for preferential consideration of their research work for potential publication in Russia’s most prestigious and distinguished academic journals, which enjoy international recognition.

Charging stations for electronic devices (six slots each) are located:

Charging outlets are also located under all benches in the Central Atrium at the Pokrovka Complex.
