Conference Fee

On-site fee at the conference is available in rubles only. Please don’t forget to visit the exchange officebefore attending the conference

Bank account details for fee transfer. (EUR, USD, GBP) Honorary guests of the Conference as well as those colleagues specially invited by the Program Committee are exempt from the registration fee.

1. For Russian participants

Standard conference-package:

• Package content: participant badge, conference program, notepad, pen, conference papers,  conference e-volume, containing all papers presented at the XIV April conference, promotional materials, bag

• Food: coffee breaks (for the whole days of the conference), reception (first conference day)

Extended conference-package:

• Standard conference-package + lunch on the first conference day (in conference-hotel Renaissance Olympic on April 1, 2014)

• !!! The extended conference-package will be available until March 25, 2014 only)

2. For foreign participants from developed countries

Standard conference-package:

 Conference-package for students (compulsory registration no later than March 17, 2014)

• Participant badge that let students attend all events of the conference on April 1-4, 2014
• Food: coffee breaks (for the whole days of the conference)
• Reception (first day of the conference)  

  Cost: 200 rubles

• Food: coffee breaks (for the whole days of the conference), reception (first conference day)

Cost: 1000 rubles

Extended conference-package:

• Standard conference-package + lunch on the first conference day (in conference-hotel Renaissance Olympic on April 1, 2014)

Cost: 2000 rubles

 All session meetings (April 2-4, 2014) have free admission for Russian students and Ph.D students.

• For free admission to session meetings all applicant should have registered before March 20, 2014. (link to TimePad. Registration requires full name, name of the university, department, course)

• Conference package is not included.
